Bosch HVAC is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Training Manager to lead training integration efforts following a recent acquisition. This hybrid role is pivotal in aligning sales processes, enhancing cross-brand product knowledge, and supporting operational excellence across a merged portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, onboarding new sales personnel, and coaching teams across the U.S. and Canada. The position requires up to 40% travel to support in-person training. Collaboration with product management and marketing teams is essential to ensure training alignment and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development within the HVAC or related industry
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integration preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external channel partners
Demonstrated success in developing cross-brand product training and onboarding programs for sales personnel
Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars
Ability to coach and mentor sales teams, driving performance and product knowledge across diverse portfolios
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, product applications, and market segments
Experience in evaluating training effectiveness using performance metrics, surveys, and feedback tools
Skilled in adapting training programs based on product launches and sales performance data
Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally with product management and marketing teams
