Responsibilities
- Manage office operations: inbox, supplies, mail, facility requests, conference room bookings, and event setup
- Coordinate HQ new hire onboarding including orientation scheduling, calendar invites, and document tracking
- Complete and maintain I-9s, E-Verify, and other HR compliance documentation
- Maintain records for workers’ comp, incident reports, and leaves of absence
- Prepare and send employment verification letters
- Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and welcoming on-site candidates
- Assist People team projects: data analysis, file organization, audit preparation, and ensuring data accuracy
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
