Recruiter (6-month Contract)

Turquoise Health is a Series B startup working to make healthcare pricing simpler and more transparent. They are seeking a thoughtful, strategic full-cycle recruiter for a fully remote 6-month contract to own hiring for key roles, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a strong, equitable candidate experience.

Skills

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong passive and active sourcing skills
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategy
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS and maintaining data hygiene
  • Commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles based on experience and interest
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, build rubrics, and align on hiring criteria
  • Run structured intake and kickoff processes using clear prioritization frameworks
  • Own candidate experience end-to-end including prep, scheduling, and feedback loops
  • Source creatively with a focus on building diverse candidate pipelines
  • Maintain data hygiene and role tracking in Greenhouse ATS

Education

  • No specific degree required; role is experience-focused
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in recruiting/talent acquisition are a plus
