About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who’s excited to help build an AI-first startup from the ground up. You’ll be our go-to person for identifying and hiring exceptional talent across engineering, AI/ML, and product — helping us shape the culture, team, and foundation of everything we’re building.
You should be comfortable recruiting in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and genuinely enjoy engaging with technical talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building things, not just filling roles.
What You’ll Do
Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from partnering with founders on headcount planning to closing top-tier technical hires.
Build and manage pipelines across AI/ML, software engineering, data, and product roles - and more as new needs arise.
Craft thoughtful outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our values and mission.
Build creative sourcing strategies through community engagement, referrals, and targeted research.
Track and optimize recruiting performance with lightweight, data-driven tools.
Partner with leadership on org design, compensation, and talent market insights.
Help shape the employer brand and be a key ambassador for our team in the AI and startup ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at early-stage startups or in high-growth environments.
Deep curiosity and knowledge of modern tech stacks and AI technologies.
Comfortable operating with limited structure - you can create processes where needed but stay flexible.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder; you know how to connect with engineers and founders alike.
Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, Linkedin, AI Sourcing Tools, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience building recruiting processes or teams from scratch.
Exposure to AI research, developer tools, or open-source talent communities.
A strong personal network within the AI / engineering space.
