HR Coordinator

As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in maintaining an efficient and compliant HR function. You will handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with creating a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources. 


What You Will Do
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Assist with the recruiting process including managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and sending offers.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed, including I-9s and background checks.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Support ongoing HR processes such as performance reviews, HR Policy updates, and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned. 


What You Need To Be Successful
  • A Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field or 1-3  years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-changing environment, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with US federal and state labor regulations and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with HRIS is a plus


$55,000 - $65,000 a year
