The Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America will provide high-level administrative support and ensure effective communication within the Executive Office. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, travel, and correspondence in a fully remote capacity, ideally for candidates based on the Eastern U.S.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, preparing meeting logistics, handling confidential documents, and creating workflows while supporting project-based activities within the Executive Office.
Skills: Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills while demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting executive-level staff.
Location: This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates based on the East Coast, particularly near Metro-Atlanta.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $55,000 - $75,000.
Position Purpose
Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) Professional Fellowship Program*, the Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO will be a direct report to the Manager, Executive Office and Board Relations and will work collaboratively to administratively support the President and CEO, and the mission and vision of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). They will use administrative and operations expertise to manage the flow and exchange of information vital to the Executive Office as well as support CEO communications with key stakeholders.
*This position is aligned to BBBSA’s Professional Fellowship Program, an initiative that will engage a talented professional in a one (1)-year career opportunity within the Executive Office of the national office. The candidate identified for this role will be a full-time, benefits eligible employee, fully immersed as a team member and accountable to all BBBSA employee policies and organizational practices. This position is funded for a period of one (1) year from the date of hire. Continuation of the position after one (1) year is based on business need for the role and continued funding.
