- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on software engineering and/or product roles
- Strong sourcing skills across channels including Boolean, LinkedIn, and networking
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and closing technical candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven recruiting mindset with experience leveraging metrics
- Strong time management, prioritization, and results orientation
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and product roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and clearly communicate process, expectations, and company overview
- Partner with hiring managers to build target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and assessment plans
- Monitor recruiting funnel health and metrics to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates
- Improve time-to-hire, candidate experience, and offer acceptance through process improvements
- Use data to validate recruiting success and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and extend offer recommendations and coordinate negotiation/closing
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus
