Your role at Baxter:
You'll be on-point for the delivery of excellence throughout the hiring process. Your day will center around talent identification, screening, and engagement of talent aligned to Global Functions, with a heightened focused on finance. What you'll be doing:
You'll focus on proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent.
You'll screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and you'll actively engage and generate employee referrals.
You'll help drive community outreach, ensuring we're tapping into talent from our local markets. This could be schools, organizations, community groups, or local associations.
You'll take an active role in promoting Baxter as a great place to work. This means you'll understand what is needed to be successful in this environment and can speak authentically about what it's like to work with us.
You'll lead the candidate experience, providing a front-row seat into what candidates can expect.
You’ll participate in strategic projects in partnership with key stakeholders and peers, significantly contributing to our recruitment initiatives.
You’ll learn and promote Baxter brand by learning employer brand initiatives and serving as an ambassador for Baxter to expand our presence through social media and other channels.
What you'll bring:
Minimum HS or GED required
3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting role with experience in the finance function required
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and ability to successfully conduct a recruitment strategy meeting
Proven ability in partnering with the business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and developing requisitions
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and to ensure data accuracy, proper candidate stage tracking, and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey
Proficient in Sourcing for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously
Successful history of creating a positive candidate experience, with emphasis on timely updates, transparent feedback and consistent process
Exposure to collecting, analyzing, and sharing feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
Comfortable with active sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, CRM’s and other similar tools
Familiarity deploying Diversity & Inclusion recruiting strategies
Knowledge of compensation philosophy (benefits, bonuses, etc.) and able to influence stakeholders and candidates on package

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
