Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendar scheduling and prioritization across time zones
- Coordinate travel logistics and handle expense reporting
- Draft and manage executive-level communications with minimal direction
- Coordinate cross-team projects and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they impact priorities
- Facilitate clear communication between the Head of Product and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting executive-level management in administrative roles
