Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for employees and managers to resolve HR issues and provide support.
- Support People Business Partners by facilitating HR processes and strategic projects.
- Identify process improvements and train stakeholders on best practices and systems.
- Manage complex employee lifecycle processes including transfers, offboarding, and compensation changes.
- Lead and contribute to HR initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
- Mentor junior HR team members and collaborate with leadership on strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on sensitive personnel matters and program execution.
- Document and communicate HR processes to stakeholders.
Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
