- Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance (current and maintainable)
- 10+ years of program management, acquisitions, or BD/capture experience in government or private sector
- Domain experience in radar, threat tracking, RF seekers, air defense or adjacent technologies
- Proven experience shaping and capturing complex C2 hardware/software programs
- Strong communication and executive briefing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive, data-driven BD strategy across USMC, Navy, Air Force, Army, SOCOM and relevant agencies
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to identify, shape, and capture new opportunities
- Lead capture campaigns and strategic engagements within key acquisition organizations and PEO/PM groups
- Partner with engineering, programs, and manufacturing to ensure product delivery and continuous improvement
- Drive financial performance, market expansion initiatives, and execution on revenue targets
- Serve as external Anduril brand ambassador and internal bridge conveying customer needs and priorities
Education
- STEM degree required or strongly preferred
- Advanced degree in technical or business discipline preferred
