Skills
- Proven capture and business development experience in DoD or defense contracting
- Deep knowledge of defense acquisitions and Navy customer processes
- Technical understanding of undersea platforms, acoustic sensing, and subsea operations
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Strong proposal writing and executive briefing skills
- Active ability to hold and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and capture business opportunities across the undersea reconnaissance and strike portfolio
- Lead capture campaigns and author or review RFI/RFP/RFWP responses to win customer-funded work
- Grow existing client relationships and expand business with adjacent product lines
- Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and inform engineering priorities
- Collaborate with program offices, services, and international partners to align solutions and deliveries
- Represent Anduril externally, communicating value to customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage continuous engagement plans and monitor buying cycles to time proposals and capture efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or related field (required)
- Masters or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science preferred
