Responsibilities
- Manage Battlespace Awareness business line P&L in partnership with FP&A and drive margin and budget actions
- Prepare content and present for Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews to executives
- Track program/product status and risks with product and program managers
- Lead annual planning and integrate business line plans into corporate planning cycle
- Manage staffing, hiring prioritization, headcount tracking, and recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain operations infrastructure (Confluence, Jira, data drives, dashboards)
- Coordinate internal and external communications for the business line (All Hands, executive updates)
- Plan and manage facilities, secured spaces, and capital investments
- Own and execute special strategic projects (acquisition integrations, production variance reduction, org development, strategic assessments)
Education
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering major (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is optional/beneficial
