Skills
- Proven track record in capture, sales, and winning government or commercial-funded projects
- Deep knowledge of defense acquisitions and DoD procurement processes
- Experience with undersea vehicles, torpedoes, or high-speed sub-surface systems
- Ability to influence product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with engineering
- Strong executive-level written and oral communication and briefing skills
- Experience engaging US Navy stakeholders and other maritime operational customers
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically (20-50%)
Responsibilities
- Generate and capture new business opportunities across Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike portfolios
- Lead capture campaigns, author and review RFIs/RFPs/RFWPs, and support proposal efforts
- Grow existing client relationships and identify adjacent business expansion opportunities
- Translate customer needs into product roadmaps and actionable engineering priorities
- Coordinate with program offices, services, international partners, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer buying cycles to shape pursuit strategies
- Communicate Anduril's technical value and mission capabilities to senior stakeholders and customers
- Support contract close and transition activities to ensure capability delivery
Education
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, physics, robotics, or computer science
- Masters or PhD in a relevant technical field preferred
