VP of Nonprofits

Grassroots Analytics builds data-driven fundraising and outreach solutions for progressive campaigns and organizations. We are seeking a Vice President of Nonprofits to lead growth of our nonprofit business—owning strategy, product-market fit, go-to-market execution, and a cross-functional team to drive revenue and impact in the nonprofit sector.

Skills

  • Experience working directly with or within nonprofits, preferably in fundraising
  • People management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing digital fundraising acquisition budgets (email, peer-to-peer/texting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building where there is no roadmap
  • Affinity for progressive politics and mission-driven work

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow nonprofit revenue and market share
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to secure resources and meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan, run, and evaluate paid acquisition campaigns and budget experiments
  • Define and establish a nonprofit-focused brand voice aligned with GA’s broader presence
  • Assess and improve market fit of existing services in partnership with data, digital, and mail teams
  • Develop and launch new services and products for nonprofit customers, iterating on failures and successes
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team with diverse skillsets
  • Act as the nonprofits subject matter expert with product to bring SaaS offerings to market

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant nonprofit, political, or business experience may substitute for formal education

Benefits

  • Base salary plus performance-based bonus and stock options
  • Projected all-in compensation $125k–$225k
