Job Description
Beloform is seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support our growing events team. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with event setup and execution, and ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and promotional events.
Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, and vendor coordination.
Support on-site event execution and ensure all elements meet company standards.
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Track event expenses and help prepare post-event reports.
Anticipate and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
