Director of Demand Generation

Anomalo is a fast-growing AI-driven data quality company working with large enterprise customers. The Director of Demand Generation will build and execute an enterprise-focused demand generation and ABM strategy to drive pipeline and revenue, lead a small team, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing operations to scale results.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in enterprise demand generation and ABM strategies
  • Strong command of multi-channel campaign planning and execution
  • Deep knowledge of lead nurturing and lifecycle optimization
  • Data-driven approach to measurement, attribution, and KPI setting
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with sales and product
  • Budget and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeted at enterprise accounts (>$1B revenue).
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, email, field) that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Create and run account-based marketing programs tailored to key accounts to deepen engagement and accelerate deals.
  • Build and optimize multi-touch, signal-based nurture streams to convert and advance leads through the funnel.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and attribution to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align GTM and ensure handoffs and SLAs.
  • Manage budget allocation, vendor relationships, and maximize efficiency of marketing spend.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team (Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDRs) to scale demand efforts.
  • Represent marketing at quarterly offsites and travel occasionally for events and trade shows.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
