Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across marketing and sales to implement AI tools for ABM, GTM, lead identification, lead nurturing, engagement, and strategic content development. Our goal is to accelerate our journey into a highly automated, AI-powered marketing environment.
  • Partner daily with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and present value-driven marketing solutions that deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Gain deep knowledge of our products, services, and customer profiles, translating insights into actionable marketing and content plans.
  • Support website updates and maintenance to ensure optimal user experience and conversion.
  • Participate in key industry events, acting as a brand ambassador, advancing  community and client engagement.
  • Work closely with sales as part of our prioritization and respect for the marketing and sales relationship.
  • Own the design and delivery of marketing reports featuring mission-critical KPIs, using AI analytics and dashboards to provide predictive insights and optimize ROI.
  • Evangelize innovative AI-powered approaches that drive measurable business impact, mapping strategy to tactical execution.
  • Contribute to repurposing of marketing content.
  • Champion integration of marketing channels, including website, social media, webinars, podcasts, videos, PR, and awards, using AI for campaign optimization and personalized outreach.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of SEO, paid digital campaigns, and marketing automation systems.
  • Become knowledgeable and participate in Zoom, Lusha, HubSpot, and Salesforce platform integrations for cross-functional marketing and sales alignment.
  • Contribute raw data and insights to the development and maintenance of industry personas, customer stories, use cases, and compelling sales assets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years marketing experience, including direct work with AI/ML platforms, customer acquisition, demand generation, and metrics reporting.
  • Proven expertise in AI marketing stack (e.g., HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe), and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking with tactical execution abilities and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-departmental environments.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Experience in financial services software, sales enablement, and digital content production a plus.
  • Growth mindset, passion for innovation, and a customer-obsessed approach to marketing.
  • Proficient in data analysis, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of privacy compliance and ethical AI usage in marketing.

The Marketing Technology Integration Manager is vital for accelerating our business growth by harnessing the power of AI to automate workflows, improve campaign efficiency, and deepen customer engagement.

This role will enable real time, data-driven decisions, personalized outreach, and proactive identification of emerging market opportunities, directly expanding the sales pipeline and fostering stronger client relationships.
