What You Can Expect:
Global Brand & Portfolio Management
Lead the on-going management of Global online brand education, including managing the agency in enhancing current and developing new content workstreams.
Partner with the Global Portfolio & Strategy team to support new product launches and packaging changes, including the development of creative & communications assets & tools to ensure successful launches.
Partner with the Global Portfolio & Strategy team on the gift approval process, providing oversight on labels, packaging and gift offerings ensuring creative compliance with Global Brand Guidelines.
Global Brand Communications
Partnership with Sr. Global Marketing Manager to lead Global creative & communications development delivering best-in-class assets across the portfolio.
Partner with Sr. Partnerships Manager on management of Global McLaren partnership, including creative asset development, innovation & packaging and activation playbooks.
Partnership with the Global Communications team to develop best-in-class creative and communications strategies for Jack Daniel’s Squires Program, driving new membership and maintaining loyalty.
Lead Global creative adaptation support with respective agencies.
Oversee Global Asset Management ensuring all Global Jack Daniel’s assets are up-to-date and easily accessible for markets on internal asset platforms.
Support Global Communications Manager on Jack Daniel’s internal website management, ensuring Global marketing materials and tool kits are up-to-date.
In partnership with the Global Licensing team, ensure brand equity and relevance are appropriately balanced across all licensed merchandise.
Lead the on-going management of internal chatter page, championing the page and encouraging usage amongst internal brand stewards.
Partnership with Jack Daniel Distillery Homeplace Team on creative & communications needs.
Global POS:
Collaborate with Sr. Global Marketing Manager and Global Portfolio & Strategy team to develop Global POS strategy in line with the Global strategic priorities, brand positioning and guidelines.
Central point of contact to gather and synthesize shopper marketing needs from local markets, translating business and cultural insights into actionable recommendations for the global asset strategy.
Partner with Global agency and vendors to develop the annual Global POS offerings, ensuring consistency with Global Brand Guidelines and strategic pricing guidance.
Responsible for publishing global core offerings for POS and educating market brand managers and others responsible for executing.
Serve as Global brand steward lead, aligning with Regional Trade Marketing and Procurement leads, providing strategic guidance to ensure all locally sourced materials adhere to brand, pricing, and sustainability standards.
Performance analysis: set KPIs to measure and analyze performance of POS with a view to continuously optimize offerings.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 4+ years marketing, sales or sales promotion experience in a consumer goods environment or education/experience equivalent
A genuine passion for the craft of American Whiskey category, demonstrated by your deep curiosity about what makes Jack Daniel’s resonate with consumers and bartenders globally.
Understanding of cultural nuances and global market dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse audiences.
The confidence to bring a diversity of thought to the Global Creative & Communications team, challenging our team to connect Jack Daniel’s to contemporary culture in new and authentic ways.
Experience of brand positioning and visual identity management
Project management experience and attention to detail in planning and execution
Advanced understanding of winning at the point of purchase
Agency management and leadership
Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate very effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment
Excellent communication skills and a proven record of proactivity and ‘influencing without authority’ (i.e. not relying on reporting structures to align with stakeholders on key decisions)
