We are seeking a Call Center Agent who will serve as the voice of our company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information to customers, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with every interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
