Now we’re entering our next growth phase and looking for a Principal of Brand & Partnerships to make Tribe the most visible and trusted recruiting brand in Europe’s tech ecosystem.
You will define how Tribe shows up in the world through storytelling, partnerships, events, and relationships that turn brand equity into commercial growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work across the company to bring the Tribe story to life and build a reputation that opens doors before our sales team ever does.
Brand Leadership
Own Tribe’s visual identity, messaging, and tone once the current rebrand is complete.
Manage content creation: case studies, campaigns, social storytelling.
Ensure the Tribe brand reflects trust, performance, and AI-driven recruiting.
Partnerships & Community
Work closely with our Country Manager to build partnerships with VCs, tech communities, and HR tech companies.
Design and host dinners, panels, and private events for People & TA leaders.
Lead sponsorships and co-branded activations at major HR and tech conferences.
Growth & Collaboration
Work closely with leadership to turn community activity into commercial leads.
If needed, hire and manage freelancers or vendors for design, content, and event production.
Track ROI of marketing initiatives and tie them directly to pipeline growth.
A senior marketing generalist who thrives in fast-moving, lean environments. You’re as comfortable setting strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute.
You understand the Talent and HR ecosystem and think like a community builder rather than a campaign manager. You value relationships, reputation, and long-term impact.
Must-haves
Proven experience in brand or B2B marketing, ideally within a service or consulting business.
Strong network or credibility among People / Talent / VC communities in Europe (DACH preferred).
Hands-on ability to run events, manage agencies, and execute campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication - a confident storyteller.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Direct access to decision-makers and leadership.
