Job Description
Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic communication and efficient problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and strategic meetings.
Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare client reports, performance summaries, and renewal documentation.
Identify opportunities for account expansion or upselling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
