Job Description
Sharpcontra is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Cleveland-based team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to building strong, lasting client relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensure an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Manage client accounts and ensure data accuracy in internal systems
Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs
Monitor service performance and client satisfaction levels
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client use
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining service protocols
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in client services, customer support, or account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
