Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and prompt assistance. Responsibilities
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on client requests
Track client feedback and assist in service improvement initiatives
Perform routine administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
