Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting client success, managing account operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-ups.
Monitor account performance and ensure service-level agreements are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Prepare regular reports and present account updates to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
