Job Description:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred.

Work Experiences:

• 2+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience supporting corporate positions
• Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required
• Retail experience preferred

• Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment

• Responsible for direct source candidates, leverage sourcing tools, and the ability to team with outside sourcing vendors when needed

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting within corporate office
• Partner with internal business partners, talent acquisition team members and external business partners
• Provide superior customer service to all involved with the full life-cycle talent acquisition process and workflow
• Partner with Corporate HR team to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
• Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position to create a recruiting strategy to attract and select top talent
• Establish rapport and meet regularly with business partners to understand staffing model and growth projections
• Develop a constant pool of candidates for key positions at all levels
• Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, including job boards, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
• Manage the offer & negotiation process with hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
• Partner with outside recruiting agencies applicably for direct hire support
• Support contractor placements by partnering with outside recruiting agencies and facilitating the selection and start date process
• Creating and executing SOWs for agency recruiting services, in partnership with Legal
• Follow immigration processes for applicable candidates in the interview and selection processes, in partnership with Legal
• Assist internal team members in the pursuit of new opportunities within the company
• Provide status reports, hiring trends and analysis to management
• Assist with various projects as required
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and presentations
• Assist with recruitment objectives for summer internship program
• Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Regular attendance required
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Up to 10% travel, as needed
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
• Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary
