Our Sales Development Representatives are the first impression of Weave — the team that connects with small businesses and helps them discover the power of our all-in-one communication platform. As an SDR, you’ll build curiosity, spark interest, and set demos that start meaningful relationships with future customers.
This position will be in hybrid. M-W in office/Th-F flexible
M-F in office during first 90 days
Reports to: SDR Director
Make outbound calls with specific targets for number of daily calls and demos set per month.
Build interest in the Weave platform and qualify prospects for demos.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
Keep accurate records of leads and progress in Salesforce.
Collaborate with teammates to share tactics and celebrate success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Drive to start a career in SaaS sales.
Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred, but not required.
