Sales Manager

VSC Fire & Security, a leading provider of fire protection and life safety solutions across the Southeast since 1958, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, especially within construction or life safety industries, with strong negotiation, strategic planning, and team management skills.

  • Oversee pricing and estimating processes, maintaining accurate rate sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and evaluate customer opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and sales forecasting efforts.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales personnel.
  • Serve as a primary contact for sales-related communications and promote a culture of accountability.
