Sales Director, Scale

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of midmarket/scale sales executives. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, a passion for customer-centric growth, and the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Midmarket/Scale Account Executives
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including net-new business development and account expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
  • Engage directly with customers to support their business needs and growth
  • Recruit, retain, and inspire top sales talent to achieve ambitious targets

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required
