Strategic Customer Success Manager, Global Strategic

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage global strategic accounts, drive customer retention and growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multinational clients.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multinational accounts
  • Technical knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Analytics, or Programming (HTML)
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • High intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities

  • Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for strategic customers
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to customers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure excellent customer experience and commercial alignment
  • Drive feature adoption through strategic success plans and enablement
  • Build strong customer relationships and foster customer advocacy
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Coordinate across global teams for seamless customer experience and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain regular communication including Executive Business Reviews and events
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to product development
  • Identify upsell opportunities through education and feature promotion
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Industry Solutions, and other teams to support customers
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from onboarding to ongoing customer success
  • Travel internationally and spend time onsite with customers as needed

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
