In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing a team of Sales and Leasing Agents as well as National Sales Specialists across multiple regions. Your daily focus will be on pipeline management, accountability, and driving high-performance sales execution to meet occupancy goals. You’ll act as the vital link between strategic priorities and on-the-ground sales actions, fostering a results-driven culture. This position offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment perfect for a proactive leader passionate about team development and measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities:
· Maintain daily communication with sales agents to drive accountability and momentum.
· Monitor sales pipelines and deal progress through CRM tools like HubSpot.
· Set clear sales expectations, KPIs, and targets while recognizing achievements.
· Identify and remove obstacles hindering sales productivity.
· Provide coaching and tactical support to improve closing strategies and customer engagement.
· Track team performance via leaderboards and scorecards.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant housing regulations.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align resources and strategic priorities.
· Participate in strategic meetings to share insights on market trends and team needs.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales leadership with proven coaching skills, preferably in property management, real estate, or high-volume sales environments.
· High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% monthly across regions.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams remotely.
· Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reading sales dashboards and reports.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to pass a criminal background check.
· Physical capability to spend long hours sitting or standing as needed for training delivery.
