Job Description

A VIP Casino Host is responsible for building and maintaining relationship with high-value players at a casino. Their duties include ensuring top-tier customer service, offering exclusive perks and promotions, maintain and cultivate relationships, increase trip frequency, and guest loyalty or premium players. A VIP Casino Host also personalizes the gaming experience to encourage player loyalty. 

  • Develop/Maintain a base of assigned players and ensure each receives personal attention and quality service, in accordance with the company’s established strategies and guidelines
  • Recruit/Maintain high-level players through a variety of activities including, but not limited to; direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation, and on/off-site events.
  • Continuously develop and sustain personalized relationships with guests, with focus on premium players.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries or concerns in a calm, prompt, and courteous manner.
  • Issue complimentary services consistent with company and department policies.
  • Participate in player development and marketing activities and events to ensure development of one-on-one relationships and to cultivate guest loyalty.
  • Represent the company at both on- and off-site events, generating new and maintaining current guest relationships.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 21 years old. 
  • Three (3) years' experience in customer-facing role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Three (3) years' experience in high level sales. 
  • Excellent oral and written skills, leadership skills, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible in work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and player tracking systems. Salesforce experience a plus
  • Proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and building relationships.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
