Responsibilities

- Coach and develop team members to drive continuous improvement and excellent client service
- Execute clinical HR functions and maintain SOPs, performance reviews, and compliance
- Balance business needs with staff welfare, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving
- Utilize the practice management system for scheduling, records, inventory, and reporting
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Animal Science preferred
