Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for the Associate Account Executive (AAE) program from sourcing through offer and close.
- Strategically and creatively source passive AAE/SDR candidates using multiple channels.
- Partner with Sales leadership and AAE teams to generate referrals and shape candidate selection.
- Deliver compelling presentations about Verkada and the Sales organization to candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted internal business partner.
- Track and document candidate communications in Greenhouse ATS.
- Plan and execute sales recruiting events and participate in campus recruiting (travel required).
- Coordinate interview scheduling with Recruiting Coordinators and manage competing priorities.
