Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, high-visibility commerce strategy and operational change programs end-to-end
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across Sales, R&D, IT, PMs, and executive leaders
- Influence stakeholders and build consensus across a matrixed organization without direct authority
- Navigate ambiguity and make independent, business-critical decisions
- Use Aha!, Salesforce, Monday.com (or similar tools) to drive program execution and tracking
- Represent Commerce Platform Strategy in executive forums and project reviews
- Produce executive-ready program and project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations
- Maintain strong working relationships in a multicultural, matrixed environment
- Occasionally refine project standards and best practices
- Travel minimally for executive meetings or critical project needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred
