Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced design-build environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a fully integrated team of architects, interior designers, structural and MEP Engineers, construction managers, superintendents, estimators, and developers—all under one roof.

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production of construction documents for a wide range of commercial project types, including multi-family, hospitality, institutional, senior living, industrial, aviation, and office developments. You'll work with diverse construction systems such as steel, concrete, podium, precast, and wood frame—within a 100% Revit-based workflow.

From schematic design and design development to construction documentation and construction administration, you’ll help drive projects to successful, on-time completion.

Responsibilities

  • Managing architectural project workflows across all phases—from conceptual design through construction administration, including monitoring time and fiscal goals.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various phases of design.
  • Produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and enforce application of QA/QC process standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate with in-house engineers, designers, estimators, and construction managers
  • Work on a range of project types and building systems
  • Maintain project schedules and support team coordination
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and executed
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of architectural experience, 5 years of leading project production preferred.
  • Good communication skills with clients, consultants, and co-workers.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit is required
  • Experience with SketchUp and Photoshop is a plus
  • Diverse portfolio that includes multi-family, senior living, hotel, industrial, aviation, office, and higher education projects
  • Experience working with multiple construction systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture
  • IDP Licensure Track a plus, but not required
  • Strong understanding of building and energy codes, and commercial building construction systems and methods.
  • High integrity with sound ethical judgment
  • Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude
  • Works well in teams with strong communication skills
  • Open to innovation and continuous improvement
