Responsibilities
- Create and maintain master schedules, analyze dependencies, and rally teams around reliable timelines
- Track program goals and milestones; report status and escalate issues to stakeholders
- Identify program risks across time, requirements, resources, and dependencies and lead risk mitigation
- Run technical and programmatic trades (schedule, budget, technical risk) and recommend strategic direction
- Coordinate cross-functional resource planning including headcount, budget, and workspace
- Facilitate communication between propulsion/engineering and program risk processes
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and support automation/scale efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field (required)
- Aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering degree preferred
