Skills
- Deep MES configuration, enhancement, and integration experience
- Proven product management skills: vision, roadmap, requirements, and release management
- Understanding of manufacturing processes: production, quality, traceability, OEE, compliance
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, PLM, QMS and automation systems
- Familiarity with data analytics, IIoT, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile delivery and prioritization practices
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success criteria for MES and in‑house manufacturing modules
- Translate operational needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and user stories
- Own end-to-end delivery from concept through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, engineering, IT, and quality teams to ensure alignment with workflows and compliance
- Design and manage integrations between MES and ERP, PLM, QMS, automation systems, and data platforms
- Monitor product performance using KPIs (OEE, downtime, traceability, adoption) and iterate based on feedback
- Drive adoption across sites through documentation, training, and change management activities
- Evaluate and recommend advanced technologies (IIoT, dashboards, analytics, Industry 4.0) for future enhancements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, manufacturing, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
