National Channel Manager - Pellera (Remote: US)

Veeam is a global leader in data resilience protecting businesses with backup, recovery, portability, security, and intelligence solutions. The National Channel Manager for Pellera will drive partner-aligned selling across the U.S., enabling Pellera to develop pipeline, close deals, and grow joint business through relationship management, enablement, and joint planning.

Skills

  • 2+ years sales experience as OEM, direct, or partner seller
  • Experience selling with or through channel partner ecosystems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Familiarity with backup, cloud, and data center solutions preferred
  • Ability to learn and communicate new technology concepts quickly
  • Analytical thinker with metrics-driven approach
  • Experience with Veeam Alliance Partners a plus
  • Adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of virtualization and ability to convey information to partners
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive sales opportunities with Pellera across the U.S.
  • Manage and grow strategic partner relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Reinforce partner sales and technical knowledge of Veeam products
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners and geos
  • Negotiate, implement, and track joint action plans with partners
  • Discover and maintain partner pipeline; ensure partner-side updates
  • Keep partners informed of Veeam news, promotions, and ProPartner requirements
  • Support partners with licensing and technical questions related to Veeam
  • Support qualified prospects and customers with follow-up, product information, quotations and closures
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity updates as needed
  • Update and maintain partner accounts in Salesforce
  • Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of professional experience
