Purpose
Career Success is expanding training and support for students and campus partners through its enterprise resources, including 12twenty (UT Austin’s career management system) and related career development resources. We are seeking a graduate assistant with background or interest in instructional design, digital learning, and training development to help design and develop learning materials. This includes, but is not limited to, asynchronous learning modules, videos tutorials, synchronous virtual/in-person training sessions, materials/guides and toolkits to ensure consistent adoption and effective use of 12twenty and other enterprise resources. The graduate assistant will work with the Associate Director to gather feedback and update resources to reflect evolving needs.
The position reports to the Associate Director of Career Excellence & Innovation and will work closely with colleagues across Career Success units and campus partners.
Responsibilities
$20.00/hour
Hybrid of on-campus and remote work
Scheduled weekly hours may range from 10-19
Position for Fall 2025, with continuation into Spring 2025, based on performance and needs
