- 10+ years commissioning or O&M experience in the semiconductor industry
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor systems, equipment and processes
- Proven experience designing and delivering technical training and assessments
- Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 40% to client and project sites
- Organizational focus with attention to compliance and safety
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical competency assessments at project sites and identify skill gaps across disciplines and equipment
- Design, deliver, and evaluate customized training plans combining theory and hands-on practice
- Facilitate classroom instruction, field demonstrations, and safety briefings
- Create and update structured curricula and training materials aligned with client requirements
- Support technical integration of new projects by verifying employee readiness and certifications
- Monitor training effectiveness through testing, feedback, and performance data
- Collaborate with site management, technical operations, and external training partners
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to technicians and engineers
- Maintain training records and knowledge repositories and benchmark technical standards
Education
- Engineering degree or trade certification preferred
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications required where applicable
