- Proven track record driving commercial success in private markets or fund services
- Working knowledge of the GP/LP investor journey and fund operations
- Familiarity with KYC, subscription, tax and transfer agency processes
- Strong network and ability to engage industry contacts quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to manage pipeline and activity
- Capacity to operate at pace and manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Identify, pursue and close new logo opportunities across the private funds ecosystem
- Expand wallet share with existing clients through tailored commercial initiatives
- Cultivate high-value relationships with GPs, LPs, investors, and industry partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of client initiatives
- Record and manage all activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
- Monitor market and regulatory trends and integrate insights into go-to-market plans
- Measure and optimize commercial performance using key metrics
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred
- Relevant industry certifications or continuing education in fund services or compliance advantageous
