Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Build and maintain strong daily communication with regional distributors to understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business challenges
  • Identify growth opportunities (“white space”) with distributors and retailers to expand product category sales, meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and nurture long-term, profitable relationships with key international customers and partners
  • Align product offerings with distributor needs to drive tailored sales strategies and maximize impact
  • Collaborate on country-specific channel strategies that leverage retailer strengths and reinforce Trove Brands’ positioning
  • Manage all territory-related administrative tasks, including maintaining sales systems, tools, documentation, and reporting processes
  • Ensure international sales activities comply with both customer expectations and internal Trove Brands standards
  • Develop a specific portfolio of established customers within the assigned region.
  • Uphold and protect the integrity and value of the Trove Brands name in all business dealings.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ sales experience, including at least 2 years in international sales. Experience within Asian markets is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in building and scaling international brick-and-mortar retail channels
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales operations—from factory direct orders, 3PL distribution centers, to in-store execution
  • Strong judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives with distributors or retailers
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex business challenges.
  • Understanding of global industry trends, competitive landscapes, and cultural influences—including pop culture—that shape consumer behavior and market dynamics. Prior experience, with international business travel in Asia is highly valued
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required. Chinese and/or Japanese a plus
  • Able to travel 2-3 times per year depending on business need
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems.
