Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding tasks including pre-hire paperwork and candidate communications
- Support offboarding processes, system terminations, and equipment retrieval coordination
- Help manage recruiting activities: job postings in Greenhouse ATS and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., TriNet) and perform periodic audits
- Complete general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Coordinate communications between candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members
Education
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications preferred)
- Available to work during the December–March engagement period
