Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a background in legal operations or compliance, experience with privacy laws related to student data, and a CIPP/US certification, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Location: This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates near College Board offices in Iowa.
Compensation: $80000 - $140000 / Annually

The Legal team is comprised of six lawyers and two non-lawyer specialist (including this role), working on a broad range of issues across a large and complicated organization, with numerous products that are primarily digital-first, serving 7+ million students per year, 500,000+ educators per year, and our 6,000+ member educational organizations. About the Opportunity
As the Director, Privacy Compliance within the Legal Department, you will support the Associate General Counsel, Privacy and play a crucial role in implementation and ongoing enhancement of College Board’s privacy program. You will provide active and solution-oriented support for the privacy program’s needs and objectives. This role will be responsible for managing various privacy program components, including managing privacy initiatives, milestones and deadlines, and driving collaboration, accountability, and action across teams. The Director, Privacy Compliancewill assist in the development and implementation of privacy processes, procedures and documentation.
