Skills: Expertise in cloud software delivery, Agile methodologies, and coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript, alongside strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Qualifications: 7+ years in technology, with 3+ years as an Engineering Manager; experience with AWS cloud services and team management is preferred.
Location: Fully remote position, with optional hybrid work for those near CB offices in Virginia.
Compensation: $125000 - $170000 / Annually

About the Team
The Workforce Tools & Integration team builds solutions to help reimagine and reshape engineering practices within College Board to best meet the needs of the millions of students and thousands of colleges, schools, and districts we serve. We support our entire organization that has transformed to Agile, embracing DevOps and Cloud-native systems, with the goal of improving speed and reliability of service delivery in support of our mission. We work with Product DevOps, Network Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to design, build and manage robust workforce solutions. We are a team with a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual and celebrate the successes of the TEAM. We swarm sometimes and we go deep on an individual basis at other times. We learn and we teach. We are creative and value the merit of ideas.
