Our client is hiring an Internal Audit Supervisor to strengthen trust operations and compliance inside a fast-scaling digital finance environment. This role reports directly to the Chief Audit Executive and is a chance to build out audit and testing programs from scratch while influencing leadership at the highest levels.
What You’ll Do
● Lead internal audit reviews and testing programs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and
compliance.
● Prepare reports for executive management and the board.
● Partner across business, tech, ops, and compliance teams to validate controls and
remediate gaps.
● Oversee enterprise testing around onboarding, new product approvals, technology
enhancements, and asset diligence.
● Contribute to global audit initiatives (U.S., Germany, Singapore, Dubai).
What You Bring
● 4+ years of internal audit experience in financial services.
● Proven success building audit/testing programs and documentation from the ground up.
● Strong understanding of banking, brokerage, and compliance regs.
● Ability to engage effectively with management, regulators, and examiners.
● Interest in crypto/digital assets a plus.
