Our client is hiring an Internal Audit Testing Lead (Sr. Associate level) to focus on regulatory
compliance testing and internal audit programs. Reporting into the Chief Audit Executive, this is a hands-on role where you’ll design, test, and strengthen controls across a fast-growing digital finance environment.
What You’ll Do
● Build and run enterprise testing and monitoring programs from scratch.
● Prepare and present reports to executive management and the board.
● Partner with business, ops, tech, and compliance teams to validate processes and
remediate issues.
● Contribute to global internal audit initiatives (U.S., Germany, Singapore, Dubai).
● Support critical reviews on onboarding, new product approvals, tech enhancements, and
asset diligence.
What You Bring
● 2+ years of internal audit experience in financial services.
● Strong documentation and testing program design experience.
● Clear understanding of banking/brokerage operations and compliance requirements.
● Confident communicator who can engage management, regulators, and examiners.
● Interest in cryptocurrency/digital assets a plus.
● Organized, detail-driven, and collaborative.
