- Experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad preferred) and commercial contract management
- Practical experience integrating systems via APIs and working with JSON/YAML data
- Project management and process improvement expertise
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Budgeting and outside counsel billing management experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the CLM platform and improve commercial contracting processes with playbooks, templates, and self-serve guidance
- Onboard and integrate AI tools and automation (APIs, structured data) to streamline legal workstreams
- Serve as legal team representative for cross-functional coordination with Revenue, Finance, Marketing and Compliance
- Own vendor, outside counsel and legal technology provider relationships, including onboarding and performance management
- Manage legal team budget, invoice collection, forecasting and outside counsel billing analysis
- Support legal team operations including onboarding, knowledge management, records management and team programs
- Support IP programs including patent harvesting and basic IP portfolio management
Education
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional experience in legal operations
