- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, MS Office, and SharePoint
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Regulatory Operations team responsible for licensing, permits, and local secondhand dealer compliance
- Monitor and analyze local laws, regulatory trends, and legislative changes; create action plans and business tools
- Coordinate with business development and internal stakeholders to support kiosk footprint expansion and site approvals
- Engage with municipal regulators, law enforcement, lobbyists, and other government stakeholders to secure/renew permits and influence local regulations
- Develop and maintain SOPs, standardized submission documentation, and inspection readiness processes
- Oversee vendors and external partners providing regulatory services and ensure project delivery
- Own reporting coordination to law enforcement and government entities, including subpoena responses
- Establish KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement and workflow automation in Regulatory Operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting for regulatory activities and resource planning
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Relevant continuing legal education or certifications in regulatory/government affairs preferred
